Duo Galilée – Musiques d’été d’Epernay

The Duo Galilée pursues their summer bliss with an “all-opera” program, featuring the most beautiful arie and intrumental opera interludes, as well as various pieces inspired by the voice and poetry. Mathilde and Mélanie are very pleased to join the roster of the Musiques d’été Festival, which is dedicated to the Voice for their 2015 programmation. They will be performing in the stunning Orangerie of the Moët and Chandon ‘s castle. Le Duo Galilée vous invite pour un deuxième rendez vous estival, cette fois-ci à l’Orangerie du Château Moët et Chandon, dans le cadre des Musiques d’été d’Epernay. L’édition 2015 du festival multi-musiques ayant pour ligne éditoriale “Voix contée, voix chantée”, le Duo Galilée a concocté un programme rendant hommage aux plus grands airs d’opéra transcrits par leur soin à la flûte et à la harpe, ainsi qu’un panaché d’oeuvres inspirés par la voix et basés sur la littérature poétique française.
